Its been a busy weekend at Davepaddles, with our pool session last evening and an AquaPaddle today,
9 paddlers went to 6 over night, and Dave set off early, only to be caught in yet another car fire traffic jam on the A41 bypass.
None the less arrived in time and setup the event.
Everyone signed up turned up, and so did all the marshals so that was a good start.
The safety brief was done in the carpark allowing paddlers to warm up on the water if they wanted to.
all of us gathered at the start line and it was time for the 3,2,1,Go. and off they went.
Thanks to Monica for stepping in as a time keeper as Zoe had to work today.
Also a massive thanks to all of todays marshals, (Mike, Phillip, Monica) for keeping everyone safe on the water.
There was a round of applause at the end for us, but I was the only one there to receive it from our participants. (thank you all).

Phillip, Hettie and Ziggy have a new friend. Coco was at home sleeping.
All in all another great day out, with great weather, AP Leighton Buzzard is next in March then we return to Tring in April.
