Liz, Clare G, and Dave attended a pool session for a bit of playful education and fun along with the emphasis of Safety and Rescue.
Clare G completed her spray deck training and safely exiting her craft whilst upside down, as well as the basics of connectivity within her craft, using her contact points within her craft to right and stabilise herself, she also moved onto using her paddle with a float to semi submerge and right herself. well done Clare.
Liz was testing a few theories and adapting her rescues to suit her, we covered a few and tested a few, then discussed ease and outcomes.
Dave just done Dave’s thing with supplying some knowledge, adaptions and simplifying things.
We had a great session and look forward to the next.
